We assist with trade association affiliation, import/export, channel introduction, identification of Opportunity and Special Economic Zones, customs clearance and shipping/transportation. We support project delivery with initiation, scope definition and planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation and close out services, including lean and adaptive management.
