Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Incubation
We design ecosystems for Global South startups and SMEs offering local and regional networks for growth opportunities. These ecosystems consist of educational institutions, service organizations, corporate entities, government resources, funders and investors. We ensure that our clients' ventures have been vetted, have created a surrounding network and have accessed resources for planning, growth and scale-up.
To support the incubation process, we identify and develop resources needed for success. We then promote venture growth and scale-up strategies for sustainability, promoting return on investment and social impact. Finally, we connect our clients to convening bodies to increase knowledge transfer between them and larger entrepreneurial ecosystems.
